Board Badger BB/JOB/01

What is built, and what is next.

5 things are in the product today and 3 are next. Dates are left off on purpose: a missed date on a roadmap is worse than no date at all.

The board Tasks in three fixed states, to do, doing and done, with notes and comments. No cards and nothing to drag. Built
The MCP server Nine tools over OAuth, with a consent screen, so an agent works a board under the same rules the web app follows. Built
The command line A line on every signed-in screen that takes the same sentence you would say to an agent, for the times you are already looking at the board. Built
Clients on a board Invited by email to one board, with a single-use link and a long-lived session. A reader reads and comments; a contributor also changes a state and adds a task. Built
Revoking somebody Ends their access at once, on every device, while leaving their name on the tasks they ticked off. Built
Import a Trello board The lists and cards you already have, read in once, so a board does not start empty. Next
Export everything Every task, note and comment out of the product in a file. Not built, and named here rather than ticked on the price page. Next
Search There is none today. Past about twenty boards, naming one in the command line is the only way to find it, and that is a real gap. Next
Changing somebody's role Today the answer is revoke and re-invite. Not decided
Handing a board over Giving a finished project to the client, history and all. Not decided
Due dates and reminders Deliberately out. Two products that both chase dates give two places that can disagree about the same one, and the sibling product exists to stop that. Not planned
A line moves to Built on the day it ships, not the day it is nearly done.Something missing? Ask for it.
