Granted to: One named person, invited by email to one board. Not a link to pass round.
What it opens: That board and nothing else. It carries no rights over any other client's.
A reader: Reads every task on it and comments on any of them.
A contributor: Also moves a task between the three states, and adds one.
Neither of them: Edits or archives somebody else's task or comment.
Revoking: Ends the access at once, on every device they have opened it on.

Got them, thanks. Comments sit on the task, so the question and the work stay in the same place instead of in somebody's inbox.

Run the board by saying so.

Board Badger is an MCP server before it is a website. Adding a task, inviting somebody and telling them it is ready is one sentence, said while you are still in the work. Every signed-in screen carries a line that takes the same sentence.

Nine tools: boards, add_board, tasks, add_task, add_tasks, complete_task, move_task, comment and invite. Sharing is per board, so work you never shared has nothing on it for an agent to hand over.

Nothing, while Board Badger is in early access. There is no billing in the product, so there is nothing to cancel and no card to take.
