Your client can see where the job is without asking you.
Board Badger keeps one board for each client project. You drive yours from an agent while you are still in the work. The client opens a link of their own, watches it move, and ticks off the parts that were theirs.
- Tasks
- 8 on the board, 4 complete and 1 under way
- Ticked off by
- You on 2 of them, the client on the other 2
- States
- Three: to do, doing and done. No cards, and nothing to drag.
- Shared with
- Sarah, who can tick tasks off, and Tom, who reads and comments
The same board, from their side.
Sarah at Example Distillery has no account, no licence and no password to lose. She gets one email, and her name goes on anything she does.
Photography is all in the shared folder now. Shout if you need different crops for the wider screens.
Got them, thanks. Comments sit on the task, so the question and the work stay in the same place instead of in somebody's inbox.
Run the board by saying so.
Board Badger is an MCP server before it is a website. Adding a task, inviting somebody and telling them it is ready is one sentence, said while you are still in the work. Every signed-in screen carries a line that takes the same sentence.
Nine tools: boards, add_board,
tasks, add_task, add_tasks,
complete_task, move_task, comment and
invite. Sharing is per board, so work you never shared has nothing on
it for an agent to hand over.
What it costs.

There is no billing in Board Badger and no plan on an account, so nothing here takes a payment card and there is no trial to run out. A row marked planned is not built yet. Existing boards will get notice before anything is ever charged for.

One address and one password. The people you share a board with never need either.
